This company doesn't even deserve a star at all. The receptionist has no class nor is she professional. As for the mechanics, they tried to charge me $500 for something that didn't fix the problem, they then took another diagnostic test (supposedly), they informed me it would be $600 for the other problem they found. I told them not to touch my truck and I had it towed to another mechanic, within three hours my truck was fixed, which cost a total of $75, and King Automotive was about to charge me $425 more. It should be called Joker Automotive.
