Feb, 02 2019Oluwaseun Ola1Most un-customer-centric service I ever received in the US. The young man with dreadlocks (I think his name is Jarel) scanned and emailed a formal document (UP-SIDE DOWN) for me... and he would not fix his mess, when I brought it to his attention.
I explained that it was a formal application to a government organisation with several applications and the officer may not go through the bother of rotating the document on their screen.
Jarel just was rude and adamant! Terrible waste of $18.50!!!
